Nand Kishore Yadav in his speech over the budget, pointed out that there was no name of the Finance Minister in the budget and the state government not paying proper attention to crucial departments as well as the SCs, STs and minorities, reflected its 'insufficiency'.
"The budget saw three Finance Ministers, hence there is no name of the person who tabled it... It is an inflated budget, but there has been no increase in the amount allocated to several key departments.
"There has been no increase in the money allocated to the SCs and STs Welfare and Minority Welfare Departments. They got Rs 857.96 crore and Rs 148.59 crore, respectively, in 2013-14 and the proposed outlay for them is also the same," Yadav pointed out.
"This shows a face of the state government that does not matches with what it speaks about the welfare. The data also shows the government is inefficient and is just pretending about development," he said.
