Kozhikode will be the second destination in Kerala after Kochi to have a daily service to Doha. The airlines currently operates a daily flight to Doha from Delhi, Kochi and Mumbai.
Dubai is currently linked with four flights from Mumbai and two services from Delhi.
Jet Airways will also start an additional daily service between Mumbai and Dubai (5th daily service) by October 14, making the airlines the largest operator between India and the Gulf.
These flights on these high demand routes will not only cater to the growing Indian expatriates, but also boost tourism and trade between these cities and will help in bringing in traffic to and from the Middle East.
The airline will deploy its next-generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft, offering twin class configuration of Premier and Economy class. These new flights are conveniently timed to connect guests travelling from Jet Airways domestic network to Gulf points.
