Jharkhand CM hails ISRO

On behalf of the people of
Jharkhand, Chief Minister Hemant Soren today congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for powering the Mangalyaan into the Martian orbit successfully in its first attempt.
"Our scientists set an example by achieving success on the first time itself, making India the only country to attain the feat," Soren said.
He said the ISRO scientists made India proud by placing the nation among the top nations pursuing the mission.
