Jharkhand leader of oppn flays CM for absence in House

Leader of the Opposition Hemant Soren today flayed Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das for his absence in the House on a day when the Assembly took up Motion of Thanks on Governor Syed Ahmed's speech and the second supplementary budget.
Separately speaking on the Motion of Thanks and cut motion against the supplementary budget, the JMM leader took strong exception to Das's absence in the House, terming it as "shameful" and an "insult" to the Assembly.
Speaker Dinesh Oraon said any government functions with collective responsibility and all ministers present are part of it, so it (absence of CM) should not be made an issue.
