JK cops arrest absconding criminal from Punjab

A criminal, absconding for seven years, was arrested by Jammu and Kashmir Police from Punjab.
The criminal identified as Sandeep Gupta was arrested from Jalandhar in Punjab, police said.
Gupta was involved in a case of cheating and fraud in Jammu in 2006, they said.
