JNU Prof appointed Kumaon Varsity VC

The appointments were made by Uttarakhand Governor Aziz Quraishi, an official release said.

Bhatnagar was Professor, School of Biotechnology, JNU, while Chande was Vice-Chancellor of Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Maharashtra, it said.
