The guitarist was sharing the stage with the singer Alice Cooper and actor Johnny Depp when he suddenly fell ill.
Meanwhile, Hollywood Vampires frontman Cooper took to twitter to announce Perry is stable.
"Thanks to everyone asking about our brother @JoePerry. He is stable right now, with family & is under the best care," the 68-year-old tweeted.
"Joe Perry is stable and resting. His brother Vampires and fans wish him a speedy recovery," Hollywood Vampires wrote.
