JSPL appoints Deepak Sogani as CFO

Private steel maker Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) today said Deepak Sogani has been appointed as its chief financial officer.
"Deepak Sogani has been appointed as CFO and KMP (key managerial personnel) of the company ... with effect from December 19, 2017 to fill the vacancy caused by resignation of Rajesh Bhatia, erstwhile CFO," the company said in a statement.
Sogani has over 25 years of experience in sectors like information and technology, cement, sugar, steel, refractories and renewable energy, JSPL said in a statement.
