Junior engineer commits suicide

The incident took place this morning when Harbhajan Singh(55), a resident of Kalia Colony area in the city, consumed poison, leading to his on-the-spot death, they said.

A suicide note was recovered from Singh's pocket in which the deceased had mentioned that he took the extreme step after being harassed by three senior employees.

A case has been registered against the trio while the further probes are on, police added.
