Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had alleged that out-of-turn favours were extended by the Haryana government to a Gurgaon-based charitable trust headed by Dhingra after he was appointed head of the Commission last year.
Dhingra said he had made a request to the deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, to construct a paver-block road in place of a kutcha road leading to a school for underprivileged children. The school is run by a trust headed by Dhingra.
