Bieber showed off his tattoos in white sando and blue shorts, whereas Richie wore an oversized T-shirt with black leggings and white sneakers.
According to the Snapchat of the 17-year-old fashion diva the two are now in Japan together, where Bieber has two shows as part of his Purpose World Tour.
Earlier Bieber and Richie were spotted holding hands on the beach in California.
