The entertainer's fanbase - collectively known as the Beliebers - were not too happy with the new ink.
"Justin Bieber got a face tattoo, does he think he's Lil Wayne or something?!" one user wrote on Twitter, while another joked, "If Justin Bieber really got a face tattoo I'm demanding a refund on the last 8 years.
