Jeremy, 41, popped the question to his girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo, 28, last week while on vacation in St Barts, reported Hollywood Life.
Jeremy confirmed the engagement news by posting a video of the big moment on Twitter, adding the caption, "The beginning of a new journey with Chelsey Rebelo."
In the clip, Jeremy leads Chelsey to a scenic outlook, before getting down on one knee and presenting an engagement ring to his new fiancee.
Jeremy was in a relationship with Justin's mother Pattie Mallette for nearly five years, but they split 10 months after she gave birth to Justin in 1994.
