The 33-year-old "Total Recall" actress, who welcomed their first child Silas Randall Timberlake into the world in early April, decided to hire some extra help to take care of their little boy because she wants to be as well-rested as possible, reported OK! magazine.
"She hired two gay male nannies she knows through mutual friends and is having them rotate schedules," a source said.
But Biel still plans to be a very hands-on mother and Timberlake, whom she married in 2012, is also doing as much as possible for their baby.
