Kansai Nerolac takes Noel Tata and two others on board

Kansai Nerolac Paints has appointed Tata group retail arm Trent Chairman Noel N Tata as an independent director for five years.
The company has also appointed Pradip P Shah and Brinda Somaya as independent directors for five years, the company said in a BSE filing.
The appointments would be effective from January 30 and they would remain on board till January 29, 2020.
However, it also informed: "The aforesaid appointments are subject to approval of the shareholders of the company".
Kansai Nerolac is the second largest coating company in India and a market leader in industrial coatings.
