"APMCC has decided to pay tributes to all the martyrs of minority community of Jammu and Kashmir in a unique way by constructing a grand Kashmiri Pandit Martyrs Memorial on the pattern of war memorial to honour their sacrifices for the community," chairman of the organisation Vinod Pandit said in a statement.
As the Kashmiri Pandits observed the 26th anniversary of exodus from their homes in the Valley, a team of APMCC today visited Nadimarg area in Pulwama district where 24 members of the community were shot dead by militants on March 23, 2003.
