The 33-year-old singer is said to be "thrilled and delighted" after her American boyfriend popped the question last week, reported Daily Express.
"I can confirm that Katherine is engaged to Andrew Levitas," Jenkins' publicist said.
The singer went public about her relationship with Andrew, who is a professor, a month ago.
The Welsh singer reportedly met the 36-year-old in October in his hometown of New York, and fell head over heels for him.
The pair have been a couple since October, despite only making their first public appearance together in March.
