This comes after the six-year-old spent Thanksgiving last week in London with Cruise, Contactmusic reported.
"Katie and Tom are focused on Suri and as part of their divorce agreement, Suri will spend Christmas with Katie. They are trying to be amicable and Tom will see Suri over the holidays - but on Christmas, Suri will be with Katie and her family," a source said.
Suri, who started school this September in New York, met her father after a gap of nearly three months as the 'Mission Impossible' star remains in London shooting for his latest film 'All You Need Is Kill'.
She reportedly spent a day at the Harry Potter World theme park in Hertfordshire near London during the visit on November 23 and rejoined her classes in US on Monday.
Earlier, with her daughter away, the Dawson's Creek star spent Thanksgiving holiday with her family in Ohio.
