Bedi had retorted to the AAP chief's invite terming it as "drama" and saying that she puts delivery over debate that prompted further response from him.
In another tweet, he wrote, "Kiran ji saying she wud debate after elections in Assembly. She refuses to debate before elections saying she believes in delivery."
Congress' Campaign Committee Chief Ajay Maken yesterday said that he was ready for a "structured debate" with leaders of rival political parties ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls.
