Kejriwal takes oath of transparency to mark Vigilance Week

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, flanked by his Cabinet Ministers and other public servants, today took a pledge for "transparency and integrity" to mark the Vigilance Awareness Week.
During a function organized at the Delhi Secretariat here, Chief Secretary K K Sharma administered the pledge to bring integrity and transparency in their activities and to work towards the growth and reputation of their organization.
Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed across the country between October 26 and October 31 as per guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission. Its objective is to reaffirm one's commitment to fight corruption and to enable good governance in the country.

Delhi government had recently developed an information network under Vigilance Department to check corruption and to ensure zero-tolerance against it.
Kejriwal had asked all the HODs to take responsibility that the work in their departments is done with full honesty.
