The 30-year-old presenter struck up a close bond with the brown-feathered creature named Mello.
The lilac-haired beauty took to her Instagram account to share a series of photos of herself with the bird as it came in to land on her leather glove after flight.
"I have a new friend her name is #Mello she is an Eagle owl," Osbourne said.
Just moments later, the former "Fashion Police" star uploaded a short clip of the beautiful bird landing on her glove as it flapped its wings and attempted to gain balance, while Osbourne lowered her arm, made a kiss noise and stroked her fluffy back.
