"Fines will be collected from all those who are found over speeding. This will be applicable for ministers' vehicles also," Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala said.
A high-level meeting to be chaired by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has been convened here on June 24 to discuss ways to efficiently implement the traffic rules, he said.
Cameras would be installed in major roads state-wide to check those violating the speed limit and also other violations, he said
Home Secretary Nalini Netto, DGP T P Senkumar and ADGP Arun Kumar Sinha were among those attended the meeting.
