The highlight of the otherwise dull day was an unbeaten century by skipper Saurabh Tiwary, who played a brilliant innings of 125 not out from 188 deliveries, studded with five boundaries and four sixes.
Kerala had yesterday taken a slender 46-run first innings lead over Jharkhand as they scored 383 all out in reply to hosts' 337.
Besides Tiwary, Ishank Jaggi (51) and Kumar Deobrat (39) were among runs.
