Kerry Washington, Kate Hudson to star in Warner Bros thriller
The film, to be directed by Amma Asante, revolves around a woman trying to settle into a new marriage and life as a mom who suddenly must contend with her husband's ex, a woman who is out to get her, said the Hollywood Reporter.
British actress Assante made her directorial debut with the 2004 drama 'A Way of Life'. Her latest film 'Belle', a mixed-race drama, is generating buzz in the UK.
Washington currently stars in hit TV drama 'Scandal' and was also praised for her role of a slave in period drama 'Django Unchained' while Hudson finished work on 'Rock the Kasbah' with Bill Murray.
