"My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day, (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist)," she captioned the picture of two bottles of water on Instagram.
"That's called water logging and it's dangerous. 25+ cups a day isn't healthy. Please be careful," one fan commented.

"For those of you commenting on me drinking too much water. I've been instructed by my nutritionist who knows my muscle vs body fat info and my activity/training level," she wrote.
The "Khloe & Lamar" star joked, "Thought if I said I drink 5 to 6 L of vodka a day then I would be attacked for it. Who knew that if I said water I would still be judged. Damned if I'm drunk damned if I'm not.
