The 31-year-old star took over presenting duties for Wednesday's episode of the daytime programme and Khloe admits she was terrified of taking the reins in front of a live audience for the first time, reported Female First.
During the show, she arranged a FaceTime call with her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian.
"I don't know why she thought this was OK to do. I have a real audience today! I've never had one before." said Khloe.
During the call, she created a series of quickfire questions about their famous family.
The presenter obliged Kourtney's request and showed off her moves.
