Kim welcomed her son on December 5 and her younger sister was on hand to visit the newborn whilst also tending to estranged husband Lamar Odom.
She wrote on Twitter: "I know these hospital halls way too well. Hopping from one room to another."
Kourtney Kardashian also alluded to the birth on social media, tweeting, "Baby's breath," alongside emoticons of a blue heart and a pair of praying hands.
The birth of Kim and Kanye West's son was announced on the 35-year-old television personality's website.
Kim also has daughter North, two, with husband Kanye.
