The teenager hailing from Kotli Shah Dullaha area in R S Pura sector was abducted in a vehicle by four persons, including the Naib Sarpanch Jagdish Raj and a woman identified as Raj Kumari, a few days ago near her residence, a police officer said.
Acting on specific information, the police team conducted a raid in Janipur area of Jammu city yesterday and rescued the kidnapped girl, he said.
The four accused were arrested and the vehicle used in the kidnapping of the girl was also seized, the officer said.
