The 32-year-old new mother, who has kept a low profile since giving birth to baby daughter North West on June 25, was earlier supposed to make her debut at sister Kylie Jenner's 16th birthday next month, reported Hello! magazine.
"Believe it or not, it's not all about Kim. She really wants to go to Kylie's party, and when it comes to the family, Kris wants everyone there. Kim is just working with Kris to figure out the best plan of action," a source said.
One hundred guests have reportedly been expected to attend the birthday bash.
Kris' daytime talk show is recently launched and currently on a six-week test run.
