Mamidi Balayya Padal, Vandalam Balayya and Mukkala Mahesh were kidnapped by Maoist rebels from GK Veedhi area of the district on Monday.
It is suspected that the Naxals kidnapped the trio to register their objection to the proposed mining of bauxite in the area.
Tribal leaders of various associations and unions also urged the Andhra Pradesh government to take steps for ensuring the release of the trio.
Superintendent of Police (Visakha Rural), Koya Praveen, said that unless the Maoists come up with their demands, nothing can be done.
Leaders across party lines, meanwhile, held a rally at Pedavalasa village in GK Veedhi mandal to protest against the proposed bauxite mining.
