The session would commence at 9.30 AM, she said and added that she summoned it in keeping with the powers conferred on her under the Government of Union Territories Act.
She communicated the order to mediapersons through her WhatsApp .
Though she did not furnish details of the total number of days of the session, official sources said it would be for a brief period.
The House would adopt vote on account to earmark funds for the first few months to the government as a full fledged budget would be presented only at a later date, they said.
