Kiran Bedi to be sworn in as Lt Governor on May 29

BJP leader and former IPS officer Kiran Bedi, who has been appointed as the Lt Governor of Puducherry, will be sworn in at a function here on May 29.
Lt Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Island, Lt Gen Ajay Singh was on additional charge of Puducherry since July 2014, an official release said.
Bedi will be fourth woman Lt Governor of Puducherry.
