"The Kirloskar Pompen BV, Netherland, the company's step down subsidiary in the Netherlands, has completed the acquisition of Rodelta Pumps International, Netherlands (Rodelta) on July 17, 2015," Kirloskar Brothers said in a BSE filing.

Rodelta is engaged in manufacturing of API and non-API pumps for oil & gas, pulp & paper, water, chemical and various other applications.
Shares of Kirloskar Brothers were trading at Rs 226.30 apiece in morning trade, up 1.53 per cent from previous close, on BSE.
