KRCL launches phone grievance registration system

: The Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) has launched telephone grievance registration system in its network.
Passengers could avail the facility by calling the toll-free number 18002665725 any time of the day and record the grievances on the system, a Railway release said.
After creating an audio file, officials would attend to the complaint and the response or the action taken would be intimated to the complainant through an SMS, the release said. KRCL already had an SMS Grievance Number 9004470700 where passengers could send their complaints through SMS.
