Reality TV star Kris Jenner is being sued for allegedly stealing ideas for daughter Kim Kardashian West's video game.
Jenner has had a lawsuit filed against her by game developers Kung Fu Factory, who accuse her of ripping off their ideas for Kim's USD 200 million mobile app, reported TMZ.
Kung Fu claimed they presented a copyrighted proposal for the app that was seen by Kris' camp in 2011 and was "very specific", including how the reality TV star's fans would play the game and how characters would appear.
The suit added after a significant amount of time had passed the talks had gone "dead" and the makers were told Kris was no longer interested in launching a game.
However, 'Kim Kardashian: Hollywood' was then launched in 2014 and Kung Fu say it has many similarities to their copyrighted proposal.
The app allows users to interact with Kim and her siblings through their virtual character, who can wear designer clothes and change their hair everyday.
Meanwhile, Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld has been officially added to the game.
The fashionista's character is illustrated with his signature ponytail, finger-less gloves, black-and-white outfits and starched collar.
