The 58-year-old informed the Police that she has been receiving about 300 calls, voice mails, texts a day for the last few weeks from a man, reported TMZ online.
Kris told the Police there is no such tape and the caller even said during calls that it is her daughter Khloe Kardashian and not her, who features in the tape.
Police have started probing the matter.
