India's poster boy of cue sports, Advani clinched gold in both the men's Billiards and Snooker category to pocket Rupees 1,00,000 cash prize by the Karnataka State Board Billiards Association.
Ace cueist Vidya Pillai, who bagged silver in the women's snooker event got 30,000 as cash prize while Bangalore's Umadevi and Chitra Magimairaj, who shared the bronze in the women's billiard event got 10,000 each.
While Kailva.V, who bagged a silver in sub-junior billairds and bronze in Junior Billiards and Snooker and sub-junior snooker, was awarded 25,00 as cash prize.
Through these felicitations, KSBA reiterates its commitment to the promotion and development of Cue Sports.
Bangalore's 'Golden Boy', Advani confirmed that these felicitations matter a lot to the players and was highly appreciative of KSBA's initiative in encouraging players.
