Reddy said there were strong indications of Congress pulling off one of its biggest victories in Karnataka.
The people were "fed up" with two previous governments, in terms of development and corruption, and they want a change for the better, Reddy said.
Karnataka like Andhra Pradesh had always been a stronghold of Congress and these two states had come to the rescue of the party whenever it faced difficulties, he said.
On Telangana issue, he said the Centre was in a process of taking a decision in this regard. "Since Telangana is a delicate and sentimental issue, the Centre has to take a decision after consulting all stakeholders," he said.
