Suspended Trinamool Congress MP and Saradha scam accused Kunal Ghosh today filed a petition in a local court seeking a parole in order to meet his ailing mother.
Ghosh's lawyer today filed a petition in the City Session Court seeking the parole in order to meet his ailing mother who was released from hospital on July 3.
The matter is scheduled to be heard on July 13.
Ghosh was granted a four-hour parole last month when he had visited his mother at a city hospital amid tight security.
Ghosh had appealed for parole thrice earlier but on each occasion he was refused.
