Labour inspector arrested for accepting bribe

An inspector of the Labour Department was today arrested for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000 in Khalilabad town here.
According to SP, Vigilance Department, Akhilesh Nigam, labour inspector Ashok Kumar Pandey had demanded the bribe from Masoom Raja for some work.
After a complaint was lodged by Raja, a raid was carried out and the inspector was held, Nigam said.
