Lady constable, husband booked for thrashing bus conductor

A lady constable and her husband were today booked for allegedly attacking a bus conductor, police said.
A case was registered against the lady police constable, Sarbjit Kaur, her husband and one another under the charges of wrongful confinement and criminal intimidation, they added.
However, no arrests have been made yet.
According to FIR registered, complainant Lakhwinder Singh alleged that Sarabjit thrashed the conductor after he requested her to vacate the seat in the bus for an elderly passenger.
She got the bus stopped at Baghapurana and called her husband who along with another person thrashed the conductor, police said.
