RJD supremo Lalu Prasad today questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi is silent on the assault of some dalit men at Una in Gujarat last week.
"PM who cries at the drop of a hat or tweets on anything happening even saat samundar paar won't utter even a single word on unfortunate incidents of Gujarat," he said in a tweet.
Prasad has sought to embarrass the Prime Minister at a time when his government was under attack from opposition in Parliament and outside over incidents of atrocities on dalits.
On July 11, a few dalit youths were allegedly assaulted in Una in Gir-Somnath district of Gujarat for skinning a dead cow.
