Former NBA player Lamar Odom is reportedly not in the mood to sign divorce papers to end his marriage to Khloe Kardashian.
Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom, 34, ten months ago, and she was finally ready to move on, reported People online.
Odom is yet to file his own response to Kardashian's initial divorce filing.
"He needs to sign papers and he won't. He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on," a source said.
According to papers filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on October 9, Kardashian must now make a choice - either file a Request to Enter a Default, or a Request for Dismissal.
Kardahsian filed for divorce after years of hiding Odom's drug abuse and infidelity from family and friends.
