Lasa group is a veterinary API manufacturing entity, which was acquired in April 2012 as a 100 per cent subsidiary by OSCL.
As per the scheme of arrangement, Lasa Supergenerics has made allotment of 2,05,78,004 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of the OSCL in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each of Lasa Supergenerics for every share of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders of Omkar Speciality Chemicals.
The company is also looking at increasing its footprint and targets 50 per cent of exports at Rs 250 crore by 2020, he said.
