The special episode, which will look back at this volatile year, will also include appearance by "Saturday Night Live" star Leslie Jones, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In addition, singer Kelly Clarkson will perform "It's Quiet Uptown" from The Hamilton Mixtape.
Last year on New Year's Eve, NBC aired a live edition of Hollywood Game Night that was hosted by Andy Cohen. In previous years, the network offered up a NYE special with Carson Daly.
The show will air Saturday, December 31 at 10 pm on NBC.
