Lea Michele splits from boyfriend Matthew Paetz

"Scream Queens" star Lea Michele reportedly ended her romance with partner Matthew Paetz after two years of dating.
Matthew, 30, was the one who left Michele, reported Ace Showbiz.
"Matthew left Lea all of a sudden and without warning about two weeks ago. She got no reason or explanation for the split," a source said.
"She was also very supportive of him even when her friends were skeptical of him because of his past. Lea wanted to believe in love and wanted to believe the good in him. She didn't think he should be punished for his past."
Matthew was rumored to have previously worked for a service offering male "companionship" for women" and his past story didn't sit well with Lea's friends.

"He ended up being an opportunist who took advantage and broke up with her in a very heartless way," the source explained.
"Her friends were always concerned with the relationship because of his past. All of those fears were validated."
The duo first met on the set of her music video "On My Way" in April 2014. They were officially dating in June that year.
