A leopard was found dead in Sohagi Barwa Wildlife Sanctuary here this morning, a forest official said.
Some villagers spotted the carcass of the leopard in Tedhi village which comes under Chuak range of the forest, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Manish Singh said.
It was not immediately known how the leopard died, he said, adding the body has been sent for the post-mortem examination.
