Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Pankaj Kumar Agarwal gave the order yesterday while disposing of the matter.
In September 2012, while going to purchase medicines, Naresh Chandra was attacked by the convicted with sticks and sharp-edged weapons leading to his death.
An FIR was lodged against 13 people of whom two were juvenile at the time of the crime. Their cases are being handled separately.
The judge also imposed Rs 30,000 fine on each of the convicts.
