Under overcast skies, the city today received 2.1mm rainfall between 8.30 A.M. And 5:30 P.M, weather officials said.
With the showers bringing the mercury down, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 26.1 degrees Celsius, eight notches below normal.
The minimum rose one notch above normal to touch 22.5 degrees, MeT officials said, adding that humidity in air fluctuated between 75 and 92 per cent.
The maximum and minimum yesterday were recorded at 33.7 and 23.2 degrees, respectively.
The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy skies with the possibility of light rainfall or thundershowers in some areas tomorrow.
