Lineman washed away in J-K's Ramban

A lineman employed with the Power Development Department was feared dead after being washed away in Maitra stream in the district this evening, a police officer said.
Abdul Rashid, a resident of Phalti Ramban, was washed away near the office of the district development commissioner, he said.
He said that the body of the lineman was yet to be recovered as the stream is flooded due to incessant rains in the area.
